For customers or visitors

The reference by state:

• Your website(s)
• Your email footer (if possible set it to your mail server that it is used on all your emails)
  
  • Both user email messages and automated emails like newsletters
• Your invoices and other documents

for employees

Indicate the reference:

• labor Regulations
• intranet
• Intramuros board if applicable especially in a workplace
