Possible impact on data subjects
Within the context of the GDPR is essential to take into account the inherent risks involved.
It is certain that these risks relate to the operational risks of the organization (see risk and privacy policy).
There are five areas of risk identified that scales according to the risk scaling as defined in the policy.
- Financial loss: property or pecuniary damage
- Reputational damage: the reputation of the person may suffer, and this has an impact on the environment of the person
- Damage to health: physical health
- Psychological damage: mental health
- Social status: online status and extent of that damage
Most frames use three levels (Financieele, reputation and health). The opinion of the CNIL is that health is best split to get a better picture of the finely scaled minimize risks.
