Follow the process step by step to arrive at interpretation or to the application and the copy can possibly be given.

1. Date: date of the request
2. Identification applicant: Make sure the person is formally identified
3. What is the name of the applicant: identification and proof of application
4. What is the role of the applicant: the capacity in which the application is made
5. According to what purpose processing the application is made: validate the processing that occurs in the processing target goals
6. Context of application, any additional information to justify the request
7. Is given a copy?
