Before this start, communicate clearly that they will have to activate the Microsoft multiple verification.

  • That this is not a phishing email.
  • If they receive such e-mails and are not sure they can take at any time contact support.

Where should I go

Go to the management of active users, in thy Offcie365 management center

Activate account admin

Click "Multiple Authentication"

Follow the steps on your first account to activate

  • This is your admin account
  • Enter the authenticator app and scan the barcode
  • Provide an alternative to the authenticator app
    • This is a voorzorgsmaatregeln if you have a new phone still to announce the multiple authentication

Login again

Setting up multiple authentication of the other users'

Click "Multiple Authentication"

Select all users

And choose the right for multi-factor authentication "Activate"

Effects

The next time a user logs on will have to activate the multiple verification.

When the access token has expired, the user will have to perform the multiple authentication.
