Exchange Online organization add signature
Step 1: Create your signature
Get links to the publicationsEmail disclaimer
Go to "My Company" tab "Publications" and select the "Email disclaimer" in HTML format.
Privacy policy
Go to "My Company" tab "Publications" and select the "Privacy Policy" for the particular language in HTML format.
Create HTML signature
Open your favorite HTML editor, eg. Https://html5-editor.net/
Rule 0: White line (enter) in order to distinguish between the mail and the signature
Line 1: Name and legal form of your business
- Please format the way you want
Rule 2: add the email Dislaimer link
- Add a hyperlink

Rule 3: Add the privacy policy for links to "any language"

Step 2: Add it to your mail centrally manage
Office 365, Exchange Online
- Log on to the Exchange Online administration page
- View all
- Go to Exchange
- Select "Mail flow"
- Add a rule
Enter the following details
- Name: E-mail signature
- Applying this rule: the bottom "Apply to all messages"
- Do the following: "Add Indemnity"
- Copy the text your HTML editor
- Click on the text to the right
- Paste the text
- Relapses: "wrapping"
- "Save" and "Confirm"
Step 3: Try this
Send an e-mail to yourself and check whether the signature or signature meets your requirements. Otherwise, you can customize it by repeating the steps above and change your HTML view.
